Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MB Manager Academy platform ("Platform"), including the MB Hub internal portal and any associated SMS messaging services, operated by Robert Blair, Sole Proprietor, operating as (o/b/a) MB Manager Academy ("Operator"), Belleville, Ontario.

By accessing the Platform or providing your mobile number for SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or opt in to SMS messaging.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to the following:

• Transactional Messages: You may receive text messages related to store announcements, operational updates, and other transactional communications relevant to your role at Store #6264.
• Marketing Messages: If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive texts about new training module announcements and course completion reminders from MB Manager Academy.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on store activity and training schedule. You may receive multiple messages per week during active periods.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact Robert Blair directly through the MB Hub.

3. Platform Use

The MB Hub and MB Manager Academy platform is an internal tool intended exclusively for authorized staff of Mary Brown's Chicken Store #6264, Belleville, Ontario. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without authorization.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including training materials, course content, and design elements, is the property of Robert Blair / MB Manager Academy and is protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction or redistribution outside of authorized staff use is prohibited.

Mary Brown's Chicken branding, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used under authorization from the franchisor.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or SMS messaging services, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or carrier-related issues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
